• Manage and control the operation of the TLP production unit to achieve target
• Analyze the causes and solutions to problems that can occur in the TLP production process.
• Evaluate the situation and make decisions to solve problems that can occur in the TLP production process.
• Manage and control expenses incurred in the TLP production process.
• Plan an effective audit of the organization's management system.
• Plan work for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise the management within the manpower planning, determine the operational methods.
• Work according to the orders of the supervisors for the maximum benefit to the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 30 years up
• Bachelor's degree or high Vocational in Printing Technology, Publishing and Packaging.
• 3-5 years of working experience as Production and Maintenance Assistant Manager
• Knowledge of gravure printing is a must
• knowledge of color mixing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of safety system
• Leadership skill
Regular working time: Monday- Friday 08.30 – 17.15 (2 Sat)
