Position: Asset Management and New Business Developer
Division: Infrastructure Projects

Asset Management Tasks
1. Manage a holding company that invests in water subsidiaries in Thailand
2. Review financial data from the subsidiaries, make excel reconciliation, and input of accounting data into a system for account closing
3. Prepare documents for auditing, and make auditor adjustment to the company’s book
4. Analyze and report the company performance to corporate division and management
5. Prepare the company’s business plan, liaise with relevant parties for actual operation, and make plan adjustment
6. Manage the team and advisors to conduct the company operation, including dividend receipt and payment, tax filing, etc.

New Business Development Tasks
1. Use your expertise and experience to create and develop new business to address the needs of our society in the field of infrastructure-related both in conventional and innovative nature, including but not limited to digital infrastructure, electric mobility, smart city, renewable energy as well as distributed power, natural gas, water in Thailand and its neighboring countries
2. Find potential business, customers, local partners and make win-win relationship with them
3. Research targeted market’s demand/supply, player landscape, customer insight, and others necessary for project development and success
4. Co-work with team members (domestics and international), external partners, to develop such business
5. Report, prepare, and go through internal approval process for the purpose

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 28-35 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience working in Asset Management, Business Development and/or Project Management from large organization (International or Global company)
4. Experienced and good knowledge in Asset Management or familiar with basic accounting knowledge (with ability to build and operate financial models for pre-investment feasibility study and valuation for merger & acquisition)
5. Experienced as Telecommunication Operator, Electric Mobility Operator, Smart City Master Developer, or Infrastructure Project Developer
6. TOEIC 730 or higher or intermediate Level of English with work experience from international or global company
