- To manage overall of HRM & HRD and drive the organization bring to the target of policy.
- To manage employee relationships such as motivation's activities.
- Manage and develop wage, C&B, promotion.
- Be strong leadership coaching, consult and develop skill of staffs.
- Have solving skill if have any issue (Ex. Covid-19 how to protect employee)
- Have logic thinking, reasonable to explain to employee and management.
- Have positive thinking & Mentality.
- Make evaluation tools about employee satisfication and summarize data
- Can manage priority job under pressure of work
- Manpower planning
- Contact with the government, Labor cost

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationalty)
- Age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related field.
- Management level minimum 3 years + related field 4 years (Total 7 years)
- MS Office, Payroll (Biosoft), Personnel taxation, Labor law
- Have driving license and own car
