Report directly to MD (Japanese) and Japan HQ
1.Production management of a factory in Khon Kaen remotely (work at office in Bangkok)　
2.Business Trip to Khon Kaen (Factory)
3.Cooperate and report to factories and HQ in Japan (Communicate and making report in Japanese language)
4.Management of production team (30 people)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Age 35-45 (Must have production control experience for more than 10 years in any manufacturing industries)
2. Japanese Skills (N2-N1). Need to communicate with other factories in Japan and also with Japan HQ in Japanese language.
3. English Skills (Intermediate level. Must be able to write and read emails in English)
4. Management experience is required
