New Position
Report directly to Financial Controller (Taiwanese) and Operation Director (Thai)

1. Provide daily supervision and review of factory material costs, labor costs and manufacturing overhead and collaborates by working closely with the plant team to improve the daily cost result.
2. Plan and establish monthly closing by using SAP CO module.
3. Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts; provide cost management reports with recommendation and answer related questions when asked by superiors
4. Apply various methods and tools to control costs and perform variance analysis based on actual cost, standard cost, budgeted cost, estimated cost, and propose management recommendations to operation director and local management team.
5. Work with formulation team to update/monitor the material cost and share key analysis point to win routinely analysis as per business forecast requirement.
6. Be a key member to support and provide analysis data for financial justification to the plant(factory) team drive on the plant cost saving initiative.
7. Manage Capex including cost savings/IRR calculation, expenditure controlling and post project reviewing.
8. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by financial controller and operation director

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-At least 5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience in in Food & Feed business.
-Strong with ERP SAP system.
-Intermediate level of English
-Cost planning and improvement capabilities.
-Able to Analyze relevant operational metrics and identify cost factors to help each department improve operational performance.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
-Able to travel to between 3 locations (Bangkok Head Office, Samut Songkhram Plant and Petchaburi Plant). Travel to each locations once a week depends on assigned work.
-Able to work on Saturdays
-Driving license. (Company's car will be provided but if candidate would like to use his/her own car is okay as well which travel allowance will provided.
