JOB DETAIL

1.Plan manpower and wages policy within the fields of responsibility
2.Calculate and analyze products (Cost, Salary, IPO and overheads).
3.Responsible for Production Planning and Statistics by improving and providing technical support
4.Coordinate the training of staff to ensure all Gallothai products meet the quality requirements.
5.Provide coaching and advice to subordinates and monitor performances
6.Control product quality and utilization of the material, including GMP and HACCP and BRC.
7.Monitor and report the productivity and efficiency of the production line
8.Coordinate with R&D, QA, and other related departments to ensure the product quality
9.Control and prepare manufacturing procedures of new products
10•Assist with product development and trials as required
11.Responsible for environment and safety of both internal and external for the whole company.
12.Generate new product idea and concept in collaboration with Marketing/Sales team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
-Bachelor degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
-At least 5 years as Production Manager in manufacturing food industry
-A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, team player
-Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Good collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills
-Intermediate level of English
-Able to work on every Saturdays
-Able to attend meetings in both BKK Office and Chachrongsao Factory with own car
