1.Make a production plan of the department.
2.Control the manpower in the department
3.Control the production capacity in order to meet the goals
4.Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old
-Bachelor''s degree or higher in Food Technology or other related field
-Have work experience as Production Asst. Manager or other positions in Food Factory
-Able to work overtime upon requested
-Able to work as a shift
-Able to work on Saturdays
