・Manage construction project which is installation/maintenance air conditioning system, environment system, water treatment system, hygiene system, fire protection system.
・Manage members in Engineering group.
・Provide the technical support to subordinates such as how to maintenance should it be, how to check the process, how to reduce the risk in the project.
・Quality control. Make related document.
・Safety management, process management.
・Often visit the site and control direction, schedule and quality control to meet client''s requirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Thai / Around 40 years old
・Has education background in "Mechanical Engineering" or related field.
・Experience as ”Mechanical Engineer" in Japanese company.
・Experience in construction project management.
・Experience in installation/maintenance air conditioning system (HVAC), environment system, water treatment system, hygiene system, fire protection system.
・Understand Japanese quality management.
・English communication level
