Section : Finance & Accounting
Location : Rasa Tower, 18th floor

Accounting
- Review and approve JVs and Payment Voucher of Auto and Machine Business.
- Review and present financial statement to President and Tokyo HQ both Thai GAAP and US GAAP.
- Present financial statement and Economic Update to management in monthly performance meeting.
- Prepare provision information and discuss with RMD and President on quarterly basis.
- Attend conference call with MIC (Tokyo HQ) for accounting package matter.
- Accounting scopes including AR, AP, Asset, End of Contract Management, Billing and Collection.
- Liason with KPMG external audit for any audit matter.
- Support Accounting team for new launch of TAFS (new back bone system for Machine side).
- Prepare budget and discuss with President before submit to HQ.
- Liason with Revenue department for tax related matter.
- Review Management reports and related report for financial statement as requested.
- Training staff.
- To develop the process in Accounting
- Coordinate for new accounting software (AX 2009)
- Coordinate with consultant for TFRS 9, 15, 16 to prepare model.
- Budget preparation and monitoring.

Treasury
- Organize weekly Treasury meeting with treasury team.
- Make decision for funding execution.
- Be a leader for Debenture issuance.
- Have a good relationship with banks on treasury matters.
- Be a contact point with Fitch, arranger, legal and Bond Investors for company debenture.
- Provide information to Fitch for credit rating review matter and bond arranger for new issuance.
- Provide information to banks for credit facility review.
- Approve e-banking transaction for payment to suppliers, fund transfer and payroll.
- Review terms and conditions for credit facility agreement together with HQ.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality only)
- Age more than 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher : Finance, Accounting or related field
- Have Experiences 15 years up
- Head of accounting and finance department, work closely with section managers.
- Reporting of accounting and Tax in Thailand and consolidated F/s to japan (US GAAP)
- Holding CPA and CPD
- AX Microsoft
- Able to Budget preparation and monitoring
- Able to Improvement of accounting process (include system enhancement)
- Update tax standards TFRS, IFRS
- Audit Background / Leasing Background
- Excellent in English
- Do not consider if currently candidate still working at Japanese leasing company
