Developing and implementing project management strategies
1.) Leading and mentoring project managers and project teams
2.) Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
3.) Managing and resolving project risks and issues
4.) Reporting project status and performance to executive management.
5.) Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male or Female aged 34 - 45
2.) Bachelor's degree
3.) Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management, with 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large-scale projects.
4.) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5.) Competency Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead large project teams and manage senior managers.
6.) Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing long-term project strategies aligned with business goals.
7.) Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
8.) Own a car and valid driver's license
