JOB DETAIL

・Handle several projects of construction, mainly factory and warehouse.
・In charge of design. Draw/design 2D & 3D layout and architectural design.
・Communicate with the client to understand what they want.
・Assist Thai and Japanese manager in the company.
・Manage the project schedule to meet the requirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Thai Male or Female, Age 30-45 years old.
・Experience in design in construction (general contractor or architectural design office).
・Must have factory and warehouse design experience.
*Only designing home or condominium is not acceptable.
・English intermediate level. And able to communicate with foreigner (not only Japanese).
・Have business manner and be good at communication.
