REPORTS TO: Business Intelligence Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Business Intelligence function will be the key data hub for Grobest. Based on customer, industry, competitor and market data to derive insights and actively drive execution across the group in order to exceed business targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual, who is results driven and excels at Business Intelligence tools. S/he will be required to effectively engage and enable multiple stakeholders with strong communication and collaboration.

1. Develop and maintain Business Intelligence tool.
2. Research external data sources to enhance marketing intelligence capabilities.
3. Disseminate information to management team on a timely and ad hoc basic to support effective business decisions.

Job Description:
1. Gather input and request from various parties (C-Suite, country management, commercial team. Etc) to produce reports and dashboards in BI platform.
2. Administer environment of BI tool, not limited to manage user access, security access, maintain source databases, optimize and rationalize system.
3. Identify data source and evaluate methods of data collection.
4. Gather data on consumers, competitors and market conditions. Consistently assess data quality and continuously improve.
5. Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids.
6. Work with the teams to devise future commercial strategies based upon the findings.
7. Prepare and present reports to management.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 28-35 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in in marketing, market research, statistics, computer science, math, social sciences, business administration.
-Required 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
-Strong experience with Business Intelligence tool: Power BI (preferred)/Tableau.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
-Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines & manage multiple projects independently.
-Resourcefulness in solving problems, good creative skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
