Report Directly to Debt Control Department Manager
Team of 10 members
1.Oversee an allocation of litigation jobs to outsourced agents (Civil and Criminal Case).
2.Review completeness of document prepared for court filing, briefings, details of litigation jobs and other related documents before assignment to outsourced agents.
3.Review monthly schedule of litigation team and ensure actions have been taken according to plan. Act upon when signs of delays emerge and recover back log in time.
4.Give advice and instructions to litigation teams.
5.Supervise litigation team to update customer’s litigation process and status into company systems, including making reports of each customer litigation status.
6.Monitor litigation team to obtain written verdicts from litigation agents and ensure timely updates to systems.
7.Review agents of reports and accuracy, and give advice or instructions to appeal.
8.Review conditions to compromise agreement and give advice to litigation agents. Organize training and communicate issues with litigation agents to streamline process and improve quality.
9.Review accuracy and completeness of applications to sue, disbursement slip and summary reports to Accounting Department.
10.Coach and train litigation staff.
11.Monitor problem cases brought by customers to government agencies e.g. OCPB, etc.
12.Monitor the case that the car was seized by those government agencies.
13.Provide legal comments or correspondences in case there is problem when dealing with customer.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Male/Female. Age between 30-45 years old
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
-At least 5 year working experience in Laws, litigation or legal procedures is required.
-Good knowledge in civil law, criminal law, and others law especially hire purchase business.
-Having practiced laws in hire purchase and collection fields is preferred.
-Intermediate Level of English
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, strategic planning, and logical thinking skill.
