JOB DETAIL

- Monitor network traffic and related systems performance.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, update and maintain all documentation of network and server systems
- Maintain disaster recovery procedures for datacenter servers and network systems
- Maintain a highly secure infrastructure, protecting sensitive corporate data from internal and external threats.
- Maintain a solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understand principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts
- Respond to requests for assistance or information in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support on projects and tasks to ensure successful completion.
- Provide Helpdesk staff support and training as needed.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Monitor system performance and utilization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male, age 23-27 years old .
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related field of study with a network engineering focus.
- 1-3 years’ experience in IT or related field.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
- Network security experience.
- LAN and WAN experience.
