Prepare AR reconcillation process for bank transfer method and map invoice with customer''s payment in each bank statement.
Make a Receipt / Tax invoice, To control and checking issue receipt / tax invoice complete and correctness Bank transfer.
Check daily invoice delay payment preparation and report to RMD, make gl reconcile to account code.
Follow the customer and make a report for customer over/under payment and send a daily e-mail to Sales team.
Support & prepare journal entry for any AR matters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Female or Male age between 28-31 years old (Not over or less than this)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience 5 years up in AR (Reconcile AR, Cash collection, follow up customer and delay payment report)
Good command in communication English.
Good communication skill especially English Business E-mail
Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must
If can use SAP or ERP is advantaged
