JOB DETAIL

1. Draft regulations Mandatory for the company to employees (both Thai and English) according to the regulations from MELCO.
2. Make an annual training plan about regulation topic.
3. Provide advice or answer to question from employee,About Regulatory Compliance Governing and various laws relating to the Company
4. Draft and design contracts for company both Thai and English version.
5. Provide consultation in related field of law.
6. Make a plan for the compliance audit. Set an annual checklist document according to (CSCS)
7. Verify compliance rules / regulations and applicable laws and regulations of the company for all relevant entities (CSCS and GIC).
8.Consider the evidence and information in event of a conflict interest.
and make suggestion to maximize company benefit to Top management.
9. Acquire and coordinate with external lawyers if needed. and Report the progress of the case to Top management level.
10. Make legal damage summary report.
11. Acting & acting as secretary of meetings with Governance..
12. Notification report Clue of conflict Interest (when & there is a case) and case progress report (According to the time of the case)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male / Female, age 40-45 years.
2. Bachelor''s Degree in Business Law or a related field.
3. At least 5 years experience in law and regulatory compliance.
4. Able to draft and verify contracts in Thai and English.
5. Knowledge of Laws Regarding Appeal Domestic and international
