Junior / Senior RA (Recruitment Advisor)

RA 100%：FOCUS finding new clients, Flow-up existing clients

Job Descriptions: 

• Find new clients by making cold calls, visiting, etc.
• Build close partnerships with clients and introduce suitable candidates for their open positions.
• Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates according to clients’ requirements.
• Conduct face-to-face, online Zoom, MS Team, or phone interviews with candidates and analyze their skills and qualifications and whether they are matched with open job positions from clients or not.
• Arrange an interview schedule between the client and the candidate and follow up the selection process until the employment offer stage.
• Able to achieve sales targets monthly and quarterly.
• Other assigned tasks by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications: 

• Age 23-35
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1-10 year experienced in sales
• Recruiting experience would be an advantage
• Sales oriented and positive thinking “Can-do-attitude”
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Recruitment firms experienced would be preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales target

Salary:  Negotiable

Working Day:  Monday – Friday 9.00 – 18.00 (3 days’ WFH after probation)
