Junior – Senior Level HR Consultant  (Japanese speaking)

Job Descriptions: 

• Partner with clients to assess their HR needs and develop customized solutions and strategies
• Make business proposals on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development
• Design and implement HR solution aligned with client objectives and industry best practices
• Project management working with freelance consultant to control timeline, project quality and budget
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations
• Follow up client to confirm there is no problem happened
• Other task as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources / People Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Experience as an HR Consultant or similar role within a consulting firm at least 1 year
• Japanese N2 above and English TOEIC over 700
• Strong knowledge and background of HR functions and best practices such as talent management, compensation & welfare benefits, organization development, and labor laws (preferred)
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
• HR certification preferred

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB

Working Day: Monday – Friday 9.00 – 18.00 (3 days’ WFH after probation)
