[CSR October 🌱 100 SEED Power Up Activity 🌱] 

A wonderful collaboration between Sumitomo Thailand, The Education for Development Foundation (EDF), and Pasona Thailand to provide scholarships and organize a career guidance seminar for over 150 vocational students from six colleges. 

This time, Pasona Thailand joined as the event and workshop organizer, helping prepare students for their upcoming internships and future career paths. 🌱 

💬 Students learned about the DISC Personality Framework to better understand themselves and others. 
🤝 They practiced communication and teamwork through fun and interactive workshops. 
💡 The session also covered generational understanding (Gen X, Y, Z), future labor market trends, and the role of AI in the modern workplace. 

This activity beautifully combined educational support with youth development, empowering students to grow with confidence and readiness for their future careers. 💖
