CSR February: Turning Old Calendar into Braille Learning Material

Our February 2026 CSR activity at Pasona Thailand was simple in concept, yet deeply meaningful. 😊 

This time, we invited our employees to donate unused desk calendars and pre-loved books to support the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand, specifically the Educational Technology Center for the Blind in Nonthaburi. 

Many may not realize that the sturdy paper from old desk calendars 📆 can be repurposed to produce Braille books and educational materials for students with visual impairments. 

What may seem outdated or no longer useful to us can become an essential resource—creating educational opportunities and empowering others. ✨ 

Throughout the month, we placed a donation box in our office and received warm support from our team members. Thank you to everyone who contributed calendars from 2025, 2024, and even earlier years, as well as books that had already been enjoyed and were ready to be shared. 🙏 

On 26 February 2026, we delivered the donated items and had the opportunity to see actual Braille learning materials in use. 👀 It was a powerful reminder that even small acts of giving can have a far greater impact than we imagine. 

An old calendar that might have been discarded is now on its way to becoming a valuable learning tool for someone in need. 💙 

Because everything has its own value—and that value is not defined by an expiration date.
