Division: Machinery Business Development
Team: Business Development
Team Size: 15
Report Directly to Japanese Senior Manager/Director
Subordinate 5

- Business development 60% and Marketing 40%
- Research market demand, develop new product, and launch product to market
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and related division regards to sales expansion
- Control product data base and stock balancing

Manage and support Supplier
- Consider product promotion by negotiating with supplier
- Develop relationship with supplier (Mainly Japanese)
- Collaborate with related division or person to expand sales
- Manage members and achieve the target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
- Japanese Nationality.
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in BD, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Strong communication and negotiation
-The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
-The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
-Attention to detail
-Basic understanding of the industry and its current events
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
