1. Marketing and Sales Planning: Define marketing strategies that align with sales goals by analyzing the market and competitors to create an effective marketing plan.
2. Sales Team Management: Act as the leader of the sales team, overseeing and coordinating with the sales team to ensure operations align with the established plan.
3. Market Data Analysis: Analyze market data and customer behavior to adjust sales and marketing strategies according to the situation.
4. Sales Problem Resolution: When sales issues arise, such as price negotiations or special offers, gather information and find solutions.
5. Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly check and evaluate sales results to ensure that sales targets are met.
6. Brand Awareness Creation: Conduct marketing activities to increase brand awareness within the target audience, such as advertising, promotions, or organizing various events.
7. Sales Team Skill Development: Organize training or skill development for the sales team to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge and skills in sales.
8. Competitor Response Planning: If competitors adjust their prices or change strategies, analyze and plan responses to maintain market share.
9. Marketing Reporting: Prepare marketing reports and present them to management to provide necessary information for decision-making.
10. New Sales Channel Development: Identify and develop new sales channels to expand the market and increase sales volume.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in any field
-More than 5 years of experience in sales management (Experience in food business sales)
-Data driven, creative, independent, thrive on challenges and passionate in solving complex problems
-Good data analysis skills (Sales data, consumer data and other information)
-Consumer Insights and Market Research skills
