Report Directly to Japanese Senior Manager/Director
Subordinate 5

-Research market demand, develop new products, and launch products to market
-Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and related divisions regards to sales expansion
-Control product database and stock balancing

Manage and support Supplier
-Consider product promotion by negotiating with the supplier
-Develop relationships with suppliers (Mainly Japanese)
-Collaborate with related divisions or persons to expand sales
-Manage members and achieve the target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in BD, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
3. Japanese Nationality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Strong communication and negotiation
-The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
-The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
-Attention to detail
-Basic understanding of the industry and its current events
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
