Job Description
CA 100%：Focus on scouting, interviewing and recommending job
- To establish recruiting requirements by studying company profiles & background
- To be involved in the meeting with the Sales team to discuss the client’s actual needs.
- To determine applicants’ eligibility by understanding job description, qualifications & mandatory requirements.
- To assist in attracting candidates & maintain the candidate’s database.
- To source suitable candidates & brief them on the available opportunities the clients offer.
- To manage &monitor the entire process through the interview session with the clients until the offer stage even beyond.
Qualifications
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience as Career Advisor / Recruiter.
- Sales oriented and positive thinking “Can-do-attitude”
- Good command of English (verbal and written) – TOEIC score of 700
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales target
- Need candidates who have high passion, stay curious, and always keep an open mind at work.
