JOB DETAIL
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, Hydraulic system, Heavy Industry, Industrial equipment, maintenance governor/ turbine system.
- Occasionally, lead, coach and support team for all problems and manage customer expectation.
- Formulate successful strategies to increase sales activities and ensure annual goals are attained.
- Achieve overall profitability through market research, management of sales network and marketing of hydraulic products.
- Assist in the study of energy market trends, analyzing the strategies of business competitors and conducting company’s SWOT analysis.
- Develop strategy for future product or new opportunities with team to gain more sales/ market share/ explore new markets
- Oversees and strengthen relationship with key account customers and suppliers.
- Response for after sales and services, support sales team to analysis and solve problem on site.
- Available and willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support service operations and attend meetings as required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Science, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of Sales experience/contacts selling industrial equipment/machinery into the heavy Industry/ maintenance governor/ turbine system.
- Good verbal and written skills in the English language is required.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership and solving-problems skills.
