1. Strictly follow the Company Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that staff has been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system, online, TARGIT, CRM.
5. Supervise, consult and support sub-ordinate to be successful in their responsibility.
6. Evaluate sub-ordinate against to performance indicators.
7. Monitor margin and enforce Account managers to take action in case of profit loss.
8. Customer contact and customer service.
9. Customer satisfaction review, analysis and take proper action.
10. Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations.
11. Ensure that customer contracts are up to date.
12. Keep focus on delivering according to company strategy.
13. Account management when implementing new products, including making project plan, delegation of task to the right person and follow up any progress to insure that project plan is achieved.
14. Follow up production status and feedback to customer.
15. Plans and forecast customer future requirements for existing/new products.
16. Receive, review and request addition PO for existing/new products.
17. Coordinate and implement customer business review.
18. Establish, Implement and take actions (if needed) to ensure that customer’s debt insurance is in control.
19. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects
20. To be a leader of project improvement in term of cost, delivery, overdue payment and Risk assessment.
21. To be a leader in the conference call with the customers for commercial/deliveries issues.
22. To Escalate the issues to all concerned people in order to find the solutions effectively.
23. To host the customer during the visit and prepare the agenda including assign the right people to join the meeting in different agenda.
24. To control, minimize and clean up excess, obsolete, slow moving related to inventory exposure.
25. To be the leader of ECO implementation from customer requests including cut off delivery, clean up obsolete materials and other activities related ECO changes.
26. Overall responsible for the customers including profit/margin.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or 3 years experience in electronics management level.
2. Bachelor degree in any Engineering field, preferably master degree in any relevant field.
3. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 /14001 / 45001 and prefer knowledge related to IATF16949, ISO13485, ATEX, UL, REACH, RoHS.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Good knowledge of computer skills.
6. Appreciation for a system and knowledge about variation.
