JOB DETAIL
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Store (Official Online Store), including product uploads, website updates, and setting up promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan and execute online promotional campaigns (e.g., new product launches, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers).
- Monitor and analyze website performance data such as traffic, conversion rate, and order volume, prepare reports, and propose improvement strategies.
- Optimize the website user experience, including page structure, product display, and checkout process, to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with design, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth website operations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Update and localize website content for the Thai market, including product information, campaign content, and promotional materials.
- Monitor Thailand’s e-commerce market trends and analyze competitors to propose improvements for store operations and development.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and able to use Chinese as a working language to communicate with teams from China.
- Experience in operating brand websites / Official Stores / DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms will be an advantage.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations such as conversion rate optimization, promotional campaign management, and data analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to drive tasks and projects independently.
- Experience in 3C (Consumer Electronics), e-commerce, or brand website operations will be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce website management systems.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Understanding of the Thai e-commerce market and consumer behavior.
