JOB DETAIL

- Provide first-level support for ERP systems including MEGA EMS, MEGA Account, and WMS.
- Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues reported by users.
- Provide timely resolution or escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Support internal users by responding to system-related inquiries and providing guidance on system usage.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operation of ERP systems.
- Document issues, solutions, and support activities for future reference.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure system requirements and issues are addressed effectively.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Experience
- ERP system support (EMS / Accounting / WMS or similar)
- Basic SQL (SELECT, UPDATE, JOIN)
- System troubleshooting
- Business user support experience preferred (Warehouse / Accounting / Sales / Production)
- Fresh graduates with strong SQL can apply
Technical Skills
- SQL query (Join, data validation, troubleshooting)
- ERP / EMS system understanding
- Basic Accounting knowledge (AP / AR / GL)
- Basic warehouse & production flow understanding
