Team of: 6 Staffs + 1 Temporasry Staff (3AR Staffs 3APStaffs & 1 Manager)
Report directly to Thai manager
Program: SAP HANA

- Upload/Key-In AR Collection.
- Received payment voucher with internal system.
- Issue and process 'Tax/Invoice'
- Control and record FOC Tire (Free of Charge Tire Quota for Internal & External, Marketing Activities of Sales) in Excel file.
- Manage 'Credit Note' and 'Debit Note' offset manually.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and outstanding A/R balances to ensure timely collection.
- Collect cheque from customers and process transfer/pay-in to bank.
- Mapping/Matching customer transfer with bank statement.
- Issue receipt to customer.
- Record receivable ouchers (RV).
- Update customer collection data in outstanding uncollectible report and monthly collection report.
- Follow up on late payments and A/R overdue items.
- Close AR Aging with the Internal System and prepare the monthly collection report.
- Close and prepare Vat selling 0% and 7% report.
- Monitor overdue and credit limit workflow in Internal System.
- Handle reconciliation of balance sheet.
- Assets Management (Cheque on hand, Account Receivable, Allowance for doubtful bad debts, Liabilities (Advances Received).
- Prepared billing notes for customers (Sales data).
- Review 'New Customer Master' file and update the credit limit in internal system.
- Assist in checking assets of franchise shops and prepare summary report.
- Coordinate and prepare ad-hoc reports as internal auditor and external auditor request i.e. AR, G/L Account.
- Filling all documents i.e. duplicate receipt, received vouchers.
- Ad hoc. requested by internal and external parties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in *accounting field.
- Minimum *3 years of experience as accountant (AR) from accounting or manufacturing company.
- Proficient in *Excel and *SAP.
- Intermediate level of English.
