JOB DETAIL

• Selling products related to construction materials / building materials.
• Seeking new potential clients (Architect, Designer, Developer, Distributor, Relate sub construction).
• Maintain relation of existing clients and support requirement.
• Suggestion idea for expand market and make connection with relate clients
• Do everyday report in Salesforce system.
• Support on site with clients (case by case).
• Any assigned task.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Experience in sales for over 3 years
• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or English (TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent)
• Experience in the construction field will be an advantage.
• Have negotiation skills or experience in work related to negotiation.
• Able to drive and have driving license. (No need to have an own car)
• Able to go business trip at upcountry such as Phuket, Chieng Mai etc. (once a month, around 2 days per 1 time)
• Self-motivation, team player, positive thinking, self-learning, service mind.
• Good health and no chronic diseases.
• If possible, can start working immediately or within 1 month.
