Job overview
Responsible for leading overall accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, ERP implementation, and full compliance with TFRS and Thai tax regulations. Oversees the accounting team and coordinates external audits.

Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Lead and oversee overall accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Drive process improvements within accounting systems and take a lead role in setting up or optimizing the ERP system.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow projections to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Compliance: Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in strict compliance with Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS).
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, covering AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
• Tax Management: Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT) and manage related filings and documentation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Licensing: CPD License is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations.
• Language: Good command of English
• Organizing the accounting work process and ERP system setup skills are mandatory.
• Preferred Background: * Prior experience working in an accounting or audit firm is highly preferred.
