We are seeking a qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to provide technical oversight and engineering support for building maintenance operations at a high security institutional premises.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and supervision to on-site technicians
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
• Conduct system inspections and performance evaluations
• Diagnose complex M&E issues and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers
• Support annual system audits and improvement planning

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Relevant professional certification (if applicable) Technical Competencies
• Strong knowledge of building M&E systems
• Experience in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Preventive maintenance planning experience
• May be required to attend site during emergencies or critical situations
• Required to coordinate with technical team and external contractors
• Dedicated to this assignment (no conflicting commitments during working hours)
