JOB DETAIL

-Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
-Regularly track, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of production plans, adjust production plans in a timely manner, respond to internal and external factors such as market changes, order changes, and fluctuations in raw material supply, and ensure the continuity and stability of production.
-Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
-Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues.
-Prepare documentation related to the production line.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in any engineer or a related field.
-At least 5 years’ practical experience in production supervisor, in press parts manufacturing.
-Familiarity with production systems such as IATF and ISO is an advantage.
-Flexible to work overtime on weekdays and holiday when needed.
-Able to work effectively under pressure.
-Able to communicate in English.
