JOB DETAIL

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and brand objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and premium foodservice accounts.

- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key HoReCa customers.

Customer & Brand Management

- Act as a brand ambassador for Illy, ensuring premium brand positioning in all customer touchpoints.

- Work closely with key customers to optimize product performance at point of use and point of purchase.

- Support and execute promotional activities, product launches, and brand initiatives in line with Illy global standards.

Team Management

- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (Sales Manager & Sales Executive).

- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure team effectiveness.

- Align team activities with overall sales strategy and company objectives.

Planning & Reporting

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to provide recommendations for business improvement.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Provide market insights, outlet performance data, and consumer trends to support Distributor Quarterly Business Reviews.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support barista training, product knowledge sharing, and coffee experience excellence.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in coffee or beverage industry (HoReCa experience is a strong must).

Strong knowledge and passion for coffee products and foodservice market.

Proven experience in managing key accounts and leading a sales team.

Good command of English communication.

Able to work independently with a proactive and hands-on mindset.

No personal car required – most customers are located in Bangkok (BTS / Grab supported).
Having a car and driving license is an advantage (reimbursable).
