Position: Business Manager
Product: Second-Hand Construction Machinery (i.e. รถงานก่อสร้าง Wheel Loader รถตัก Excavator รถขุด, Rollers, Motor Graders , Dozers, etc.)
Number of Direct Subordinate: 0
Report Directly to Regional Parts Manager (Singapore HQ)

- Support Dealers in Thailand, Vietnam, Australia.
- Analyze and research the 2nd hand construction machinery industry, regional markets, competitors, and potential customer distribution, and regularly update reports.
- Evaluate the residual value and refurbishment costs of 2nd hand construction machinery equipment from subsidiaries, agents, and customers.
- Recommend suitable used equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) and promote orders.
- Complete the company's periodic operations and marketing activities (auctions, promotions, etc.).
- Develop, communicate, negotiate, and sign agreements with external partners/regional partners, and manage and evaluate partners.
- Identify target customers, expand the customer base through customer visits, WeChat marketing, online promotion, etc., and conduct refined operations based on customer classification.
- Build a team for the repair and maintenance of used machinery, provide repair lists, and organize orders to complete repairs
- Assist subsidiaries and dealers to operate leasing business, build 2nd hand machine and leasing team capabilities and specifications.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of *direct and *recent experience in 'strategic planning' and/or 'business development' for the *second-hand construction machinery industry.
- *Must have experience in both sales strategy and market planning.
- *Business level of English. (If able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage).
- SAP system knowledge is preferred.
- *Required personal car & driver's license.
- Able to travel to Ayudhaya regularly. (Affiliate Office & Warehouse).
- Able to travel on oversea business trips in Southeast Asia region.
