- Evaluate client technical requirements to propose the most efficient membrane solutions (e.g., RO, UF, NF, MF) for water or gas treatment systems
- Analyze customer pain points and operational problems to propose innovative, value-creating engineering solutions
- Simplify complex technical data (mass transfer, fluid mechanics) into persuasive, clear presentations for stakeholders ranging from plant managers to procurement teams
- Take high responsibility for the entire sales process, from the initial technical inquiry through to successful implementation and after-sales support
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
- Proactively consult with internal experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and optimized

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years in technical sales, ideally within water treatment, petrochemical, or industrial filtration industries
- For New Graduates: Encouraged to apply if they demonstrate a strong academic record in relevant engineering subjects and a passion for technical sales
- Ability to evaluate a client’s technical requirements and propose the most efficient membrane solution.
- A solid understanding of mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and chemical separation processes is essential
- Basic understanding of membrane technologies (e.g., RO, UF, NF, MF) or water/gas treatment systems
- Proficiency in English (Read/Write/Speak) to coordinate with international teams and study technical manuals
- High commitment to following up with leads and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
- Must own car and have valid license
