- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with both Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Group policies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai tax laws, including CIT, VAT, WHT, and other statutory filings.
- Review and approve tax returns, and coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
- Maintain compliance with corporate governance, internal audit, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Revenue Department officers, external tax advisors, and auditors to ensure compliance with tax requirements, driving timely resolution of issues and implementation of corrective actions.
- Lead annual budget and rolling forecast for factory operations.
- Analyze actual vs. budget performance, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
- Support management in operational planning, CAPEX evaluation, and productivity projects.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and liquidity management.
- Supervise and develop finance & accounting team members for accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with multinational companies or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Working proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English.
