JOB DETAIL

・Manage and develop a team of eight Thai accounting staff, overseeing daily operations and performance.
・Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure accurate reporting to Japan HQ.
・Support preparation of financial statements (P/L, B/S) and management reports.
・Oversee cash flow, daily payments, financial planning, and lead the annual budgeting process.
・Handle Thai tax matters including VAT and corporate tax, coordinating with external accounting firms as needed.
・Act as the main contact for internal and external audits.
・Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardize accounting operations.
・Analyze financial data and report to management to support business decision-making.
・Ensure smooth knowledge transfer from the current accounting manager prior to retirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・8+ years of accounting experience
・3+ years experience as Manager or above
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper
・No need to reply on external Accounting Agency

■Better to have
・Work at BOI company
・Experience working for a Japanese company
・Experience in the logistics industry and knowledge of the logistics industry
