-Manage B2B wholesale sales of pork parts across 22 branches
-Monitor and develop existing customer accounts while expanding the new customer base
-Drive each branch to achieve company sales targets, with a goal of doubling sales growth from current performance
-Conduct regular on-site visits and work closely with branches to develop and increase sales performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-At least 6- 10 years’ experience
-Experience in pork parts sales from leading companies such as Makro, CP, Betagro, or Thai Food
-Proven experience in sales management and sales team leadership
-Experience managing a sales team of approximately 25–30 staff
-Strong understanding of B2B wholesale business
-Proven experience in pork parts sales management.
-Own a car and driving license is a must due to frequent site visits.
