1. Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
2. Providing advice in legal and business terms.
3. Providing general support and counsel to the management level and other colleagues.
4. Supporting a corporate secretarial function.
5. Assisting or representing as a company attorney-at-law/attorney-in-fact for specific cases.
6. And other tasks assigned.
7. Knowledge of Thai labor law compliance, employee discipline, termination, and collective bargaining

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-  Attorney-at-law license
-  Notarial Services Attorney (if any)
-  TOEIC 700 (will be advantage) If the candidate can speak Japanese, it will be an advantage.
-  At least 5 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer in the construction business or as a corporate lawyer.
-  2 years in the litigation field is a plus.
-  Corporate laws and general laws , Contract and commercial laws
-  Labor laws & Dispute resolution
- Knowledge of Thai labor law compliance, employee discipline, termination, and collective bargainin
-  Litigation on commercial disputes and criminal case
-  Intellectual Property and other related business laws
-  Business and corporate management comprehension
-  Strong analytical and sound judgment
