The Staff, Pricing plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization. With focus on, not limited to, Pricing Strategy Development, Price Setting and Adjustment, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Cross-functional Collaboration, Competitive Analysis, Policy and Compliance, Team Leadership and Development, Customer and Market Insights.

- Strong ability to influence stakeholders on all pricing actions.
- Support Financial Planning for known and predictive issues.
- Evaluate customer profitability and develop targeted pricing campaigns to address shortfalls.
- Analyze historical data and industry trend to provide recommendations for pricing decisions.
- Deep understanding of cost structures; develop and maintain cost-to-serve model.
- Design information structure to capture all relevant data for decision making.
- Ability to combine relevant data into rich data set for pricing analysis and reporting.
- Establish strategic and floor price by product, supply mode, business segment and industry.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Degree in General Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
- Data driven and proven analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in sales or business units support particularly in pricing focused environment.
- Proficient in English for communicate with the regional office.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI.
