- General Purpose

Support the company’s procurement activities by handling purchase requests, coordinating with suppliers (local and overseas), and ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with company standards.

- Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms of price, quality, and delivery.

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding logistics and delivery schedules.

Monitor order status and resolve issues such as delays, discrepancies, or shortages.

Maintain accurate procurement records and update procurement databases.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years in international logistics procurement.

Skills:

Adequate command of written and spoken English (for overseas supplier coordination).

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
