Direct subordinate: 3 Technician
Direct report to Thai Manager

- Supervise SMT production processes of technicians. (Direct subordinate: 3)
- Monitor, control, and continuously improve SMT production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues and machine breakdowns in the SMT line.
- Analyze defect trends and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap/defects.
- Optimize reflow soldering profile and SMT machine parameters for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and process control documents.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in *electrical, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in *SMT production or electronics manufacturing field.
- Proven knowledge of 'SMT/PCBA processes' i.e. Solder Paste Printing, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), Component Placement / Mounter, Reflow Soldering, AOI / X-Ray Inspection.
- Understanding of PCB/PCBA defects such as Tombstone, Solder Bridge, Insufficient Solder, Misalignment, etc.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting machine and process issues (Root Cause / Problem Solving)
- Proven experience in operating SMT machines such as Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, ASM (preferred).
- Proven ability to use Microscope, Multimeter, and Reflow Profiling equipment
- Lower Intermediate level of English.
- Required knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D methodology
- Ability to create and maintain WI, SOP, and Control Plans
- Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 (Certification is a plus
- Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (FY2025, 2 Sats. - (1 Sat. in June & 1 Sat. in Dec.).
- Able to work on shift schedule upon requested.
