JOB DETAIL

- Get forecast and order information from customer (Thai and oversea)
- Input order and forecast in ERP (Internal system)
- Communicate and confirm an internal requirement for delivery concern
- Contact to customer to adjust delivery
- Summary and analyze order, forecast data by comparison information
- Confirm reason for order and forecast fluctuation
- Control Japan export project (Order, Forecast, Delivery timing etc.)
- Summary shipment list to export team
- Confirm monthly stock with customer and update usage to supplier
- Confirm sales amount and input invoice data for all customer in ERP.
- Other task as assignment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 3-5 year of sales/sales support experience
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/sales support in AUTOMOTIVE manufacturing industry
- Intermediate or higher level of English and Japanese language (TOEIC 600+ & JLPT N3+)
- If have experience using ERP before would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in excel utilization
