- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Personal Care and Home Care chemicals market
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Provide technical advice and product solutions that support customers’ formulation and application needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales planning and identify new growth areas
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the chemicals industry, preferably in Personal Care or Home Care
- Experience in managing team members with strong of Sales team management
- Strong technical understanding of raw materials, formulations, and product applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills
- Driving license and owning a car
- Willingness to travel within Bangkok and surrounding areas
