JOB DETAIL

This role will be combining creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to drive impactful results.

• Lead and deliver engaging marketing presentations to key customers, showcasing Takasago’s products, concepts, and innovations in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market data, industry trends, and customer needs to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams and affiliates to support various marketing initiatives, ensuring all presentation materials and communications are aligned with corporate standards.
• Provide both marketing and technical support during customer meetings, ensuring smooth coordination, confident Q&A sessions, and clear communication on product applications and solutions.
• Maintain, organize, and update the product database by adding new product details, ensuring information accuracy, and communicating key updates to relevant internal teams.
• Analyze market movements and consumer insights, turning data into actionable recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders to guide business direction and strategy.
• Coordinate and manage the collection, preparation, and distribution of market samples across affiliates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects or assignments when needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in food science/ food technology is a must *
• Master's degree in marketing or international business will be considered an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing role., preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Reginal Marketing Director (Singaporean)
• Understanding of flavor systems or food product development.
• Strong creative thinking skills paired with solid conceptual and analytical capabilities in marketing.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Confident in representing marketing ideas and concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with marketing tools such as Canva or Mentel, Euromonitor is an advantage.
• Proven track record in developing marketing strategies, conducting trend analysis, or providing customer-facing
marketing support.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and handle tasks with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
