- Lead and coordinate the annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes as following the policy of headquarters
- Analysis and evaluation of financial plans in comparison to actual results.
- Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze business performance metrics (sales, costs, margins, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting & Finance) to gather inputs and align on business targets.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Developing short-term and long-term strategic planning and business
- Evaluate competitor and market trends to inform strategic direction.
- Recommend improvements in planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Analyze product profitability by category, region, and customer to support pricing and marketing decisions.
- Conduct detailed cost-benefit analysis for new projects and product lines.
- Track and analyze operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, cost accounting or strategy.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
