JOB DETAIL
• Manage effectiveness and efficiency of all process of Air Export &Import Customer Services to meet with company policy and customer requirement.
• Ensure that air freight shipments are efficient and timely.
• Oversee and direct all operations of Air Export & Air Import Customer Services team to ensure daily operations efficiencies and achieve objectives.
• Oversee and monitor the end-to-end Air export process
• Ensure accurate and timely data input into the system (e.g., job creation, milestones, AWB issuance, etc.).
• Handle escalations from team members and provide timely solutions to both customers and internal.
• Coach CS team on how to response well with oversea agent, CAP
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with customers on delays, relieve shipments issues, or changes, update report
• Ensure that are followed correctly and consistently by the team.
• Coordinate with Interim (airport operations) to execute operations correctly.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• At least 5 years experienced in a Freight Forwarding.
• Proficient in English both writing and speaking.
• Airlines knowledge
• Air Freight knowledge (Strong experiences for air freight is advantage)
• Ability to lead as a TEAM.
• Good computer skills ; Microsoft office, Excel with basic formula - Reporting.
• Ability to have flexible working hours.
• Open mind and eager to learn.
