Infrastructure Projects (60–70%)
• Design and implement an automated alerting system for our Guest Wi-Fi network to report downtime and performance issues immediately.
• Build a monitoring dashboard for the Staff network to provide a clear, at-a-glance overview of system status and traffic.
• Research and deploy a centralized solution to manage our fleet of Windows PCs and laptops, including software inventory, updates, and remote support.
• Implement a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform to secure company mobile devices, control applications, and enable remote wiping of lost devices.
• Create and manage a new system for tracking all company IT assets, including assignments, temporary loans, and hardware lifecycle.

User & System Support (30–40%)
• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Assist users in adapting to new software and IT policies mandated by our headquarters.
• Create clear and helpful documentation, such as user guides and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on our servers, network, and backup systems to ensure stability.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, subnetting, and port forwarding.
• Demonstrable interest in programming or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine passion for technology and an enthusiastic willingness to learn and master new systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work through a technical challenge from start to finish.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the patience and clarity to assist non-technical users.
• English language skills at a basic to intermediate level (Advanced is a plus).
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
