JOB DETAIL

• Monitor and maintain quality standards in the production process.
• Collaborate with the QC team to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.
• Coordinate and control production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Analyze production data and report any deviations or issues to management.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and production supplies.
• Support team performance by providing leadership or guidance as needed.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Solid understanding of production control principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
• Leadership experience or a strong aptitude for managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
